CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens and sometimes schedule changes are necessary. To provide the best service to all clients, I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 25% of the total service cost. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
